What is your return policy?
We stand behind every order with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement, exchange, or refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours (business days). Standard delivery is 3–7 business days within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 only). Free shipping applies to all orders $100 or more. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Are ViTAC kits HSA/FSA eligible?
Most ViTAC first aid kits and trauma supplies are generally recognized as HSA/FSA eligible. Eligibility can vary by plan — verify with your plan administrator before purchase. We provide itemized receipts on request. Visit our HSA/FSA Eligibility Guide for more detail.
Can I order in bulk or get a custom kit quote?
Yes. We accept bulk orders for teams, agencies, and organizations with a minimum of 15 units. Custom kit builds are available with a 2-week minimum lead time from approval. Co-branding is not offered on custom orders. Submit your request through our Quote Request page or email gov@vitacsolutions.com.
Do you accept government purchase orders?
Yes. ViTAC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), registered on SAM.gov with an active CAGE code. We accept purchase orders and Net 30 terms for qualifying government agencies and law enforcement departments. Contact gov@vitacsolutions.com or submit a Quote Request to get started.
Do ViTAC kits come with real, name-brand components?
Yes. Our kits are built with verified, name-brand components — CAT® tourniquets, QuikClot® hemostatic gauze, HyFin® vented chest seals, and NAR® emergency trauma dressings, among others. Every kit is curated by veterans who have used this gear in the field. We do not substitute with generic equivalents in our branded kits.
Do you offer military or first responder discounts?

I received a damaged or incomplete order — what do I do?
