Some products are stocked and ready to ship, while others are built, assembled, or fulfilled on demand by ViTAC Solutions or one of our manufacturing partners. Please review the information below so you know what to expect when placing your order.

Domestic Shipping — Contiguous United States

In-Stock Products

Most in-stock products are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

While we strive to meet or beat these estimates, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Built-to-Order & Partner-Fulfilled Products

Some products we offer are built, assembled, or fulfilled on demand rather than stocked as completed products in our warehouse.

These items may require additional processing or production time before they are ready to ship. This is especially common with specialized medical kits, custom-configured products, and products fulfilled directly by our manufacturing partners.

Built-to-order and partner-fulfilled brands may include, but are not limited to:

• North American Rescue (NAR)

• Other select manufacturing and fulfillment partners identified on the applicable product page

Lead times for these products vary by product and manufacturer. Whenever applicable, the estimated processing or shipping timeframe will be displayed on the individual product page.

Please review the estimated lead time shown on the product page before ordering. Product-specific lead times take precedence over the general shipping estimates in this policy.

If your order contains both in-stock and built-to-order items, your order may ship together once all products are ready or may arrive in multiple shipments.

Estimated Delivery Times

For most in-stock products, you can generally expect delivery within approximately 5–9 business days from the date your order is placed.

Built-to-order and partner-fulfilled products may take longer. The estimated lead time displayed on the individual product page provides the best estimate for those products.

Please note that all processing, production, and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Alaska, Hawaii & International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. We currently ship exclusively within the contiguous United States.
