Your store credit is issued to your account 7 days after purchase. The short hold lets your order settle before the credit goes live.

Apply it within 180 days
At checkout, check the store credit box and it applies like cash — toward a refill pack, a second-location kit, or gear for someone you protect. Credits expire 180 days after they're issued.

Do I have to sign up?
No. All customers are automatically eligible. Just log in or check out with an account so your credit tracks to you.
Is this cash or store credit?
Store credit. It applies toward future ViTAC orders — refills, new kits, or supplies. It isn't cash back.
Does shipping count toward my 10%?
No. Credit is calculated on what you pay for the gear only. Shipping charges are excluded.
When can I use my credit?
It's issued 7 days after your purchase. Once it posts to your account, it's ready to apply at checkout.
Do credits expire?
Yes — 180 days after they're issued. We recommend using them on your next refill or second-location kit.
What if I return part of my order?
If an order is refunded or partially refunded, the store credit earned on that order is cancelled.
