We build trauma-capable kits for moments you hope never come. If an eligible kit purchased from ViTAC Solutions is used to save a life in a real emergency, we'll help you get back to ready — at no cost.
We will replace either:
Option A
The full kit
Complete replacement of the eligible prepacked kit used in the incident.
Option B
Critical supplies used
The life-saving components consumed during the emergency, so you're ready again.
Replacement option determined at ViTAC Solutions' discretion based on the verified incident and kit condition.

Eligibility
A kit is eligible when all of the following are true:

Purchased from ViTAC SolutionsMust be purchased through an authorized ViTAC Solutions channel. Proof of purchase required.

Designated eligible on the product pageThe product page must display:Only trauma-capable kits with this designation are included. Individual supplies and non-designated products are not eligible.

Used to save a life in a real emergencyThe kit was used in a verified real incident where a life was at immediate risk and the kit's contents provided lifesaving aid before higher medical care arrived. See the Verification section below.

A pre-configured kit sold under a single SKUMust be a factory-packed or ViTAC-assembled kit sold under a single product page. Individual supplies, components, or build-your-own purchases assembled separately do not qualify for kit replacement.

Verification
Because this promise is specifically for kits used to save a life, we require basic verification. We'll accept any one of the following:
Privacy: Please redact personal information — names, addresses, date of birth, and medical identifiers. We do not need graphic details or images. Your privacy and the privacy of those involved is respected throughout our review process.

What counts
A qualifying event means all of the following:
- A life was at immediate risk
- The kit's contents were used to provide lifesaving aid
- Aid was provided before higher medical care took over
- The kit is an eligible, prepacked trauma-capable kit — not individual supplies or a custom-built kit assembled from separate purchases
Does not apply to: training exercises, drills, staged content, routine restocking, or expired-item refreshes.

Replacement cap
To keep this promise sustainable and fair for every protector we serve:
Limit per incident
One (1) Back to Ready claim per kit per verified incident
Replacement scope
One (1) kit or one (1) set of critical supplies used — at ViTAC Solutions' discretion
Discontinued kits
Replaced with the closest current equivalent of equal or greater value
Intent
Restore readiness after a real incident — not unlimited refills or periodic replenishment
Critical supplies typically include:
Tourniquets Hemostatic dressings Pressure dressings Chest seals (where applicable) Nasopharyngeal airways (where applicable)
Exact replacement contents may vary by kit and availability.

Exclusions
This promise does not cover:
- Kits not designated "Back to Ready Promise" on the product page
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers or secondhand marketplaces where ViTAC Solutions is not the seller of record
- Lost, stolen, or damaged kits unrelated to a verified lifesaving incident
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- Non-critical general first aid consumables (e.g., routine bandages) unless they were clearly part of the lifesaving response and included in the eligible kit
- Individual supplies or components purchased separately, even if later assembled into a personal kit
- "Build-your-own" kits created from separate line items or orders
- Replacement claims for items not originally included in the eligible kit's standard contents
Military deployment & first responder duty — important clarification
✕ Not covered
Kits used during active military deployment, wartime operations, or armed conflict. Incidents occurring in a combat zone or during active-duty deployment are excluded.
✓ Fully covered
Off-duty use is fully covered. If you're off the clock — whether you're a veteran, LEO, first responder, or active-duty service member on personal time — and you use your kit to save a life, this promise applies.

How to file a claim
Email support@vitacsolutions.com with the following:

We'll review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
We hope you never need it — but if you use your ViTAC Solutions trauma-capable kit to save a life in a real emergency, share your story and we'll replace the kit or critical supplies at no cost. Built by Veterans. Trusted by Protectors.
