ViTAC Shipping Protection Policy

ViTAC Shipping Protection helps protect your order against loss, damage, or delivery issues that may occur during transit. This optional post-purchase protection is available in three coverage tiers based on the value of your order and is designed to give customers added peace of mind from checkout to delivery, in line with ViTAC’s readiness-focused brand promise.

Coverage Tiers

Shipping Protection is offered at the following levels:

• Orders up to $99 — $4.97
• Orders $100 to $399 — $8.97
• Orders $400 and up — $12.97

The applicable protection tier is based on your order subtotal at the time of purchase.

What Shipping Protection Covers

If you purchase ViTAC Shipping Protection, your order may be eligible for assistance in the event of:

• Lost packages marked in transit but not delivered
• Damaged packages or items damaged during shipping
• Delivery issues such as mishandling, missing parcels, or confirmed carrier-related problems

How to Report an Issue

If your protected order arrives damaged, is lost, or has a delivery issue, please contact ViTAC as soon as possible with:

• Your order number
• The email used for purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the package and product, if damage is involved
• Any relevant carrier or tracking details

Timely reporting helps us review and resolve shipping-related issues faster.

Resolution

Approved shipping protection claims may be resolved through one of the following, at ViTAC’s discretion:

• Replacement of the affected item(s)
• Reshipment of the order
• Store credit
• Refund of the protected item value

Resolution will be based on product availability, claim circumstances, and carrier verification when applicable.

Exclusions

ViTAC Shipping Protection does not cover:

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
• Orders delayed due to carrier volume, weather, or force majeure events
• Packages marked as delivered where theft or unsecured delivery cannot be verified
• Damage or loss occurring after successful delivery
• Orders refused by the recipient
• Claims submitted without sufficient supporting information

Important Notes

• Shipping Protection is optional and non-refundable once purchased.
• Coverage applies only to the order associated with the protection purchase.
• ViTAC reserves the right to investigate all claims and deny claims involving fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation.
• Purchasing Shipping Protection does not replace or override any carrier policies, but provides an added layer of support through ViTAC.
