Where Will It Live?

Start with where the kit rides, not what’s in it.

A tourniquet in a locker doesn’t help on a traffic stop. Pick the place your people need to reach it, and the right kit follows.
Officer During Routine Duty

Duty

On the officer, within reach of either hand.

Compact IFAKs for the duty belt, plate carrier or MOLLE. Tourniquet, hemostatic gauze, pressure dressing and chest seals where you can reach them under stress.

Vehicle

In the cruiser, the ambulance or the engine.

Headrest and trunk kits that stay put and stay sealed. More supplies than you can carry on your body, for the call where you’re treating someone else.

Team

With the team, the crew or the entry stack.

Trauma backpacks and jump bags for SWAT, tactical medics, EMS and fire crews. One bag that treats more than one patient.

For Agencies, Training Officers & Procurement

One standard, from the first officer to the last vehicle.

When every officer carries the same kit in the same place, anyone on scene can find the tourniquet on anyone else. Tell us your mission, headcount and fleet. We’ll help you set the standard, configure the kits and quote it.

A quote is a quote. No commitment until a PO is issued.

  • Putting a kit in every patrol car?
  • Standardizing IFAKs across a department?
  • Outfitting a SWAT team or tactical medics?
  • Stocking jump bags for EMS or fire crews?
  • Staging bleeding-control kits for SRO posts or MCI response?

Step 1

Tell us the mission.

Headcount, vehicles, where the kits will ride and what your people are likely to treat.

Step 2

We configure and quote.

Off-the-shelf kits or a custom build to your standard. You get a written quote.

Step 3

Issue the PO. We build and ship.

Kits ship once your PO is in and the configuration is approved.

Complete Readiness

A kit in the trunk isn’t a capability.

Your people need the right gear, the skills to use it under stress, a set place to carry it and a way to replace what they use. We help with all four.
1

Equip

Pick one kit per role — duty, vehicle, team, MCI — and issue it the same way to everyone.

Who Picks the Gear

We’ve treated injuries where help wasn’t coming fast.

ViTAC was founded by Special Operations veterans. That experience decides what goes in a kit, where it rides and how we teach it. We pick gear the way we’d want it if we were back on the line.

You don’t need our background. You need gear that works, people trained to use it and a plan.

Questions

What agencies and officers ask us.

Don’t see your question? Email gov@vitacsolutions.com or call (307) 202-8426.

Do you sell to agencies on a purchase order?

Yes. Submit a quote request with your quantities and requirements. A quote is a quote — there’s no commitment until your agency issues a PO.

What is the minimum order for a custom kit?

Custom kits start at 15 units. Off-the-shelf kits have no minimum.

How long does a department order take?

Custom kits take a minimum of 2 weeks from configuration approval. In-stock kits process within 24 hours and typically arrive in 3–7 days.

Can you build a kit to our department’s standard?

Yes. Send us your current kit list or the role it needs to serve. We’ll configure the contents and pouch to match and quote it. Co-branding and agency logos on kits are not offered.

Who do I contact for government or agency orders?

Email gov@vitacsolutions.com for government and agency purchasing, or orders@vitacsolutions.com for custom and bulk orders. You can also call (307) 202-8426.

Do you ship outside the Lower 48?

Standard store shipping covers the Lower 48. For agency orders to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories, email gov@vitacsolutions.com before you order.

Is there a discount for officers, deputies and EMS?

Yes. Military and first responders save 10% when they verify through ID.me at checkout.

Which kit should I carry on my duty belt?

Start with a compact IFAK that holds a windlass tourniquet, hemostatic gauze and a pressure dressing, and that mounts where either hand can reach it. Not sure? Help Me Choose →

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Many first aid and trauma kits may be eligible. First aid supplies are generally recognized as eligible medical expenses, but each plan sets its own rules. Verify with your plan administrator before you buy.

What if the kit doesn’t work for me?

Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Do you offer TCCC or TECC training?

Yes. We build TCCC/TECC training around your team’s mission and equipment, taught by instructors who have treated casualties in the field. Request it through our training page.

Do officers get a certification card?

Our AHA Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED course includes an AHA course completion eCard for each student who completes it. Ask us what documentation fits your custom TCCC/TECC training.
