Keep your trauma gear in one place, with a carry setup you know. The ViTAC IFAK Trauma Kit brings a CAT windlass tourniquet, QuikClot and a HyFin vent chest seal twin pack together with dressings, a splint and basic tools in a MOLLE-compatible pouch. It is a practical addition to a trained user's range bag, vehicle or personal loadout.
Organized for your setup
Attach the pouch to compatible MOLLE webbing or stage it in a designated spot in your bag or vehicle. Choose a location you can access, learn the layout and let others know where the kit is kept. Black and red color options are available.
What's inside
1 CAT windlass tourniquet; 1 QuikClot item; 1 Israeli bandage; 1 HyFin vent chest seal twin pack; 1 padded aluminum splint; 1 triangular bandage; 1 pair of nitrile exam gloves; 1 pair of titanium bandage shears; 1 sterile compressed gauze bandage measuring 4.5 inches x 4.1 yards; 1 MOLLE-compatible IFAK pouch.
What it is, and what it isn't
This is a trauma-focused individual kit, not an all-purpose collection of supplies for routine cuts and scrapes. It suits trained civilians, officers and range staff who want dedicated trauma equipment alongside their everyday first-aid supplies. Equipment does not replace training or professional medical care.
Can I keep it in my vehicle?
A vehicle can be a staging location when storage conditions meet the individual supplies' instructions. Keep the kit dry and out of direct sunlight, and inspect packaging and expiration dates regularly. Make its location part of your preparedness plan.
Do I need training?
The tourniquet, QuikClot and chest seals are intended for trained users. Get appropriate hands-on training and follow each component's instructions. In an emergency, call 911 and follow dispatcher guidance. This kit is not a substitute for emergency medical care.
