We Build It. You Stage It. Your Team is Ready.

Every kit type ViTAC builds ships pre-configured, component-authenticated, and ready to stage — no sorting, no guessing, no assembly required.

Individual First Aid Kits configured to your component spec — tourniquet, hemostatic, chest seal, airway. Matched to your team's training level and carry method (duty belt, MOLLE, rip-away, EDC).
Vehicle Trauma Kits

Mountable trauma stations for churches, offices, schools, and facilities. Visible, accessible, AED-companion format. Includes mounting hardware and signage options.
Team Trauma Bags
Backpack-format trauma systems for team leads, security supervisors, range safety officers, and team medics. Multi-patient capable with MARCH-organized compartments.
Mass Casualty Kits
Multi-patient response systems for active threat, mass gathering, or disaster scenarios. NAR-sourced components, MARCH-aligned layout, scalable from 5 to 40+ individual bleeding control sets.
Refill & Replenishment Programs
Scheduled supply replenishment so your kits never run dry. Tourniquet replacements, hemostatic restocking, and component refreshes — by SKU, by location, on your schedule.
Organizational Preparedness Programs

The Goal Isn't Buying Kits. It's Placing the Right Capability in the Right Location.

A first aid kit on a shelf isn't preparedness. A trauma kit that no one knows how to find, in a bag no one knows how to open, with gear no one knows how to use — that's not a solution. That's a liability.

ViTAC works with organizations to build layered readiness programs: the right kit type, staged at the right location, matched to the most likely threat in that environment, configured for the training level of the person who will use it.

That means different kits for different roles — a classroom kit is not a patrol kit. An SRO's duty bag is not a teacher's wall station. We ask the right questions before we recommend anything, and we configure every order accordingly.

  • 1
Identify your locations and risk profile. Where are people? What are the most likely injury scenarios? How fast is EMS response?
  • 2
Match kit type to role and skill level. Untrained bystanders need simpler, faster-access kits. Trained personnel can carry higher-complexity systems.
  • 3
Configure components to your standard. We don't drop-ship random assortments. Every kit is built to a spec — yours or ViTAC's recommendation.
  • 4
Stage, distribute, and document. We provide itemized contents lists, SKU-level documentation, and can support recurring replenishment on your timeline.

Why ViTAC

Operator-Built. Component-Verified. Customer-Focused.

There's no shortage of vendors willing to drop-ship a bag of mixed supplies and call it a trauma kit. ViTAC is built differently — because the people who built it have used this gear in the field.

Founded by Special Forces Veterans
ViTAC was built by U.S. Army Special Forces veterans with 40+ years of combined operational experience. The founders have used this gear to save lives — not just sold it. That background shapes every kit we build and every recommendation we make.
Authenticated Components — No Knockoffs
Every kit we build uses verified, brand-authentic components: CAT® Gen 7 tourniquets, QuikClot® Combat Gauze, HyFin® chest seals, NAR® supplies. We're an authorized reseller for North American Rescue, Elite First Aid, MediTac, and others. You get what you ordered.
Custom Configuration to Your Spec
We don't offer a fixed catalog of "bulk" kits and call it customization. We work from your requirements — role, environment, training level, quantity, pouch type — and build to that spec. Every component decision is intentional and documented.
RFQ-Ready for Agencies and Institutions
ViTAC is SAM.gov registered and SDVOSB-certified — enabling set-aside procurement preference for qualifying government contracts. We accept purchase orders and Net 30 terms for qualifying agencies. Formal quote letters issued within one business day.
Replenishment When You Need It
Used gear needs to be replaced. We track your kit configuration, maintain SKU documentation, and make restocking fast — no re-explaining your setup, no minimum hoops for refill orders. When a tourniquet is deployed, getting it replaced shouldn't require a new RFQ from scratch.
A Real Answer, Not a Catalog
Most vendors will send you a PDF and wait. ViTAC picks up the phone. Submit an RFQ and expect a direct conversation about what you actually need — not a upsell pitch. We'd rather build you the right kit than the most expensive one.
How It Works

From First Contact to Kits at Your Door — Four Steps.

No multi-week sourcing cycles. No bureaucratic back-and-forth. ViTAC moves fast because we've built this process to serve organizations that don't have time to waste.

01
Submit Your RFQ
Fill out the RFQ form with your org type, quantity, use case, and any component preferences. The more detail you provide, the faster we can turnaround a useful quote. You don't need a perfect spec — just a starting point.
02
ViTAC Reviews & Recommends
We review your requirements and follow up — by phone or email, your preference — with kit configuration recommendations, component options, and any questions. Response within one business day. Often same day.
03
Quote Issued
You receive a formal quote letter with full itemization — kit spec, component list, per-unit pricing, quantity total, and lead time. A quote is a quote. No commitment until a PO or payment is submitted.
04
Fulfillment & Delivery
Custom builds ship within 2 weeks of order approval. Standard catalog orders ship within 24 hours. All orders include itemized packing slips and component documentation. Continental U.S. delivery only.

Frequently Asked Questions

Bulk & Custom Kit Questions — Answered.

What's the minimum order for custom kits?
The minimum order for custom-configured kits is 15 units. Standard catalog kits (pre-configured, in-stock products) can be ordered in any quantity with no minimum. For individual supply replenishment — tourniquets, gauze, chest seals — there's no minimum.
How long does it take to fulfill a custom kit order?
The fastest lead time for custom builds is 2 weeks from order approval. Do not plan for faster — we do not rush builds at the expense of configuration accuracy. Standard catalog orders ship within 24 hours. Lead times for large-volume orders (50+ units) will be confirmed in your quote.
Can we get our organization's logo on the kits?
Co-branding and custom logo embroidery are not currently offered by ViTAC. All kits ship as configured without custom branding. If this is a firm requirement, note it in your RFQ and we'll advise on options.
Do you accept purchase orders (POs) and government payment terms?
Yes. ViTAC accepts purchase orders and Net 30 terms for qualifying government agencies, law enforcement departments, school districts, and similar institutions. Standard retail orders require payment at checkout. PO capability is confirmed during the RFQ process.
Are ViTAC's components authentic — not counterfeit?
Yes. ViTAC is an authorized reseller for North American Rescue, Elite First Aid, MediTac, and other manufacturers. Every kit is built with brand-authentic components — CAT® tourniquets, QuikClot® gauze, HyFin® chest seals. We provide component documentation on request for procurement verification.
Is ViTAC eligible for government set-aside procurement?
Yes. ViTAC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) — registered on SAM.gov, enabling preference in government set-aside contracting. UEI: YXLGFZFM63M6. CAGE code available on request. Contact gov@vitacsolutions.com for government procurement inquiries.
What information do I need to submit an RFQ?
You don't need a full spec. Start with: your organization type, approximate quantity, intended use (patrol, classroom, vehicle, wall station, etc.), and any training level notes. ViTAC will follow up with configuration recommendations and a formal quote. The more context you provide, the faster we can respond with a useful answer.
Can you supply refill and replenishment orders after the initial purchase?
Yes. Replenishment is one of our core B2B services. We document your kit spec at the time of original order, which allows us to fill exact component replacements without requiring a new configuration conversation. SKU-level restocking available on request or on a scheduled basis.
Do you offer training alongside kit purchases?
ViTAC offers a Life Saver Seminar — a hands-on bleeding control and trauma response training covering tourniquet application, wound packing, and MARCH protocol. Available for law enforcement agencies, schools, faith-based organizations, and community groups. Learn more →
Do you ship outside the continental United States?
No. ViTAC ships within the contiguous 48 states only. No Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping at this time. If your organization has locations outside the continental U.S., note this in your RFQ for case-by-case review.
Can we see a sample kit before committing to a full order?
Sample availability depends on kit type and configuration. Many of our catalog kits are available for single-unit purchase before a bulk order. Request this in your RFQ and we'll advise on the best path — often a catalog equivalent can serve as the evaluation sample for your team.
Are bulk trauma kits HSA/FSA eligible?
Most ViTAC trauma kits, IFAKs, and first aid supplies qualify for HSA/FSA purchase as eligible medical expenses. For organizational buyers purchasing through institutional accounts, HSA/FSA generally does not apply — but individual members of your organization purchasing their own kits can use HSA/FSA funds. See our HSA/FSA guide →
