If You Only Remember This…

  • This collection shows every kit in our catalog that includes a pressure dressing — the trauma bandages that apply controlled, sustained compression to stop bleeding
  • Pressure dressings (Israeli Emergency Bandage, NAR® ETD, H&H Compression) are essential bleeding control supplies for any kit beyond the most basic first aid
  • This is one of the largest filter collections in our catalog — nearly any serious trauma kit includes a pressure dressing

Why Filter by Pressure Dressing?

Pressure dressings are the workhorse of bleeding control — useful for venous and capillary bleeding, secondary compression after wound packing, and a wide range of wounds tourniquets aren't designed for. If a kit doesn't include at least one quality pressure dressing, it's probably not built for serious trauma.

This collection shows every kit in our catalog that has pressure dressing capability built in, making it easy to filter for trauma-ready loadouts versus basic first aid.

What You'll Find Here

  • Tactical IFAKs with single or paired pressure dressings
  • Vehicle and patrol kits with Israeli or NAR® ETDs
  • Trauma backpacks and team kits with multiple pressure dressings for multi-casualty response
  • Outdoor and adventure kits with trauma-ready pressure dressing capability

How to Choose

1. Quantity Per Kit
Solo IFAKs typically include one pressure dressing. Family or team kits include 2+. Multi-casualty kits include 4+ for treating multiple patients.

2. Format Preference
Israeli bandages have built-in pressure bars (focused compression). NAR® ETDs are flat (faster deployment). Both work — pick what your training emphasizes.

3. Combined Capability
Pressure dressing kits typically also include tourniquets and hemostatic gauze — a full bleeding control loadout. Confirm the rest of the kit matches your training and use case.

Training is strongly recommended. Stop the Bleed® or equivalent instruction supports proper use.
